Angela Osborne MA ED MA LMFT
Angela Osborne is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, educator, and author dedicated to helping individuals, teens, couples, and families build meaningful connections through life's most challenging transitions. She is the founder of Wish Breathe Believe Counseling Services PLLC and brings over a decade of experience supporting clients in navigating grief, trauma, and relational stress with compassion and clarity.
Angela began her career in education, earning a degree from Pacific Lutheran University, followed by master’s degrees in Education Administration and Marriage and Family Therapy. After 14 years in the classroom, a personal tragedy—the loss of her husband David to colon cancer—reshaped her path. As a single mother raising teenage daughters through profound grief, Angela found healing through the BRIDGES program. This journey became the foundation of her life’s mission: to walk alongside others as they move through loss, rebuild connection, and rediscover hope.
Her clinical work focuses on Emotionally Focused Therapy, Attachment Theory, DBT, and mindfulness. Angela is known for her warm, grounded presence and ability to help clients slow down, tune into their emotional landscape, and communicate from a place of authenticity and strength.
In 2024, Angela authored Estate Planning with Heart: Your Legacy of Hope, a guided emotional estate planning tool that blends therapeutic wisdom with practical planning. The book reflects her belief that legacy is not just legal paperwork, but the emotional, relational, and spiritual footprint we leave behind. Her work empowers individuals to approach end-of-life conversations with intention and heart, ensuring their values and love continue to guide the generations that follow.
Angela lives in Washington State and continues to speak, write, and teach on topics related to grief, legacy, and emotional resilience. She is passionate about helping people move from fear and avoidance to presence and preparation—creating lives, and legacies, rooted in connection and courage.
Angie is based in Washington State and available for speaking, workshops, and therapeutic consultation
